Every protective-order sunset, statutory unsealing date, gag-order expiration, and phased settlement disclosure across EDPA, WDPA, the Third Circuit, and PA bankruptcy courts in the next 90 days. The premise is simple: most seals have a structure, and the structure is usually public, even when the sealed content is not. Reading the structure is the story before the story.

Items in this window are within the operational horizon for editorial action. If an expected unsealing occurs, the Brief or Field Note pipeline is pre-positioned. If it fails to occur on the scheduled date, that becomes a failure-to-unseal alert (see bottom of page).

These items are early enough to research, brief, and prepare interpretive infrastructure for. Each entry below is sourced from public dockets and existing Infera reporting. Confidence is per the skill's spec: HIGH = explicit calendar date, MEDIUM = triggering event likely to occur on schedule, LOW = speculative.

Quarter-ahead window. Lower confidence per entry by definition; useful for editorial calendar planning and for identifying which forthcoming disclosures justify pre-positioned reporting.

The long horizon is where the canonical Infera examples live: statutory destructions, multi-year monitorships, settlements with phased disclosure schedules extending across years. These entries shape Volume I and II Brief planning and inform the Episode roadmap.
The secondary signal: when a scheduled unsealing fails to occur.
When a date passes and an expected document does not appear, that is itself a story. The Sealed Calendar tracks each entry's failure-to-unseal alert date and surfaces overdue items here. Patterns of which seals get extended, by which judges, in which case types are themselves a longitudinal story across enough events. Apply the blind-spot auditor before treating any single non-unsealing as news; a seal not lifting on schedule may be administrative, not significant.
No failures-to-unseal in the seeded dataset. This section will populate when entries from the 7/30/90-day horizons pass their failure-alert date without an unsealing event detected on the docket.
Methodology · how to read this page honestly
What this page is. A forward calendar of disclosure events in PA federal courts, powered by the infera-sealed-document-watcher skill. The premise is that most seals have a structure (duration, sunset clause, triggering event, review cycle) and that the structure is usually public even when the sealed content is not. Mining the structure produces a calendar.
What it is not. This page does not display sealed content. It displays the public schedule on which sealed content is expected to become available. It does not solicit, request, or process sealed material. Entries are scheduled-future events, not current disclosures.

CURRENT STATE
This page launched on June 7, 2026 as a chassis seeded with verifiable entries from existing Infera reporting. The complete daily watchlist will populate as the scheduled task wires into the RECAP and CourtListener APIs. Until then, every entry shown here is documented in our published Briefs or sourced from filings already cited elsewhere on the site. The methodology is locked; the throughput is the next step.
Failure-to-unseal handling. A scheduled unsealing that does not occur on its expected date is escalated to the failure-to-unseal section after the alert date passes and the docket shows no unsealing activity. Per the skill's own discipline, the blind-spot auditor is applied before any non-unsealing is treated as news; the most common explanation is administrative delay, not concealment.
Out-of-scope categories. Certain seal categories (grand jury materials under FRCrP 6(e), juvenile records, certain national-security materials) are tracked at the metadata level only. The Sealed Calendar observes their statutory schedule but does not process the underlying material when unsealing occurs. See infera-sealed-document-watcher/RULES-AND-METHODOLOGY.md Section III.
